We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request on-demand services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include: name, email, avatar image, and futsal preferences.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including facilitating futsal matches, calculating Rating ratings, and enabling community features like chat and feeds.

3. Data Sharing

Your profile information (Nickname, Position, Avatar, and Team Affiliation) is public to other users of the app to facilitate matchmaking. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Security

We use third-party authentication (Clerk) to securely manage your credentials. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete your account: Open TurfTap, go to your player profile, tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner, select Help, then Account Deletion. You can also submit a deletion request at turftap.pk/delete-account.

30-day grace period: Upon submitting a deletion request, your profile is immediately hidden from all other users. Your account and all data — including match history, highlights, team memberships, and messages — are permanently deleted after 30 days. You may cancel the deletion at any time within this window by logging back in to TurfTap and selecting Cancel Deletion.

After deletion: Once the 30-day period expires, all data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days in line with standard data retention practices before being fully purged.
